I’m a roleplayer, not a fighter! But as I learned with great games like Borderlands (I was never a big FPSer either), I can always evolve. Now with DC Comics and NetherRealm’s big team-up on Injustice: Gods Among Us, I may just be willing to give fighting games another shot. This week the inevitable collectors set was announced and I may just be preordering this one! Check out the pics below. The first picture shows off the statue (which stands over 13″ tall) and depicts Wonder Woman about to smash Batman with Superman’s ship! Now we all know this COULD NEVER happen, no one can defeat Batman, but the statue is still pretty sweet. Of course those of you in the UK get the more “realistic” statue as shown in the 2nd pic with what goodies you will receive if you preorder the set:
I for one won’t be picky because I don’t like the JMS Wonder Woman suit anyhow. Also included in the set will be:
- 3 DLC character costumes from the New(ish) 52 for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman
- Steelbook collectors case (very cool)
- Two issues from a new DC Comics series (not sure if it’s an Injustice comic or what but it does spoil some more characters reveals including Robin, Martian Manhunter, and Green Lantern)
This epic collectors edition will run you about $100 and will be released in April of 2013!
