The next DC animated movie is officially rated R and I am happy, Batman: Gotham by Gaslight arrives in 2018. Based on the comic by Brian Augustyn and Mike Mignola, Gotham by Gaslight is one my favorite Elseworlds tales pitting Batman against Jack the Ripper in an alternative Victorian Age Gotham.
