The marketing campaign for Deadpool has been a thing of pure brilliance. Even if you know nothing about this character, just seeing him quip his way into television screens and in the theatre is hilarious and makes most movie-goers want to spend the cost of admission into the film. Being that it only cost $30 million to make, I have no doubt that Ryan Reynolds will have a hit on his hands and it’ll make it’s money back the first weekend. Check out the newest tv spot below.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
