He was James Bond in 7 films and was world renowned for his amazing acting and great kindness. It’s with a heavy hand that I type the words that Sir Roger Moore has passed away at the age of 89. Sir Roger’s family confirmed the news on Twitter, saying he had died after “a short but brave battle with cancer”.
As a huge 007 film I grew up with Roger Moore. He was my fathers favorite Bond and despite it’s overall cheesiness, Moonraker is one of my favorite Bond films. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Moore family.
