Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is #1 at the Box Office once again. It was able to shut out all of the new releases that dropped and earned another $27 million. That brings the domestic box office total to $283 million. Basically, just have Dwayne Johnson star in your movie and it’s guaranteed to make a butt-ton of money.

The Commuter and Paddington 2 were the premiers this weekend, which landed in #3 and #7 with $13 million and $10 million, respectively. Both had decent reviews, but they couldn’t come close to competing with Jumanji. The rest of the Top Films are down below.

1. ‘Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle’
$27,035,000

2. ‘The Post’
$18,600,000

3. ‘The Commuter’
$13,450,000

4. ‘Insidious: The Last Key’
$12,135,000

5. ‘The Greatest Showman’
$11,800,000

Next weekend we have three new releases –  12 Strong, Forever My Girl, and Den of Thieves. I’m not even sure what any of these movies are and I doubt they will even come close to Jumanji 2. The movie has relatively no competition until Black Panther, which is the second weekend of February. Find out if I’m right in the next edition of Weekend Roundup.
