For it’s second week in a row, the Christopher Nolan-directed war epic, Dunkirk, remains at #1. The film took in $28.1 million and beat out newcomers The Emoji Movie and Atomic Blonde. Those two debuted in 2nd and 4th spots respectively. The rest of the Top Ten are below.

4. Atomic Blonde $18.6 million

5. Spider-Man: Homecoming $13.5 million

6. War for the Planet of the Apes $10.4 million

8. Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets $6.8 million

9. Baby Driver $4.1 million

10. Wonder Woman $3.5 million

Next weekend, we have three new releases that should shake things up a bit on the Top Ten. We will see the debuts of Detroit, Kidnap, and The Dark Tower. With the amount of good press that Detroit is getting, it wouldn’t surprise me if it took the top spot. We’ll all find out on the next edition of Weekend Roundup!
