We continue the summer of the hostile sun/rain boss with more new releases to kill the time spent indoors. We do hope you are getting a sufficient dose of Vitamin D where you live as well, but if you’re not, due to Mother Nature’s wrath, we bring you this week’s offerings.
MXGP3: The Official Motocross Videogame makes darned sure you’re aware that any other Motocross game up to this point is not official, for what that’s worth. It was out on PC already and from the Steam Description boasts “Official license, tracks, rosters from 2016 FIM Motocross World Championship.” (Yes, that’s not proper grammar, but whatever). This week’s release is for the console versions of the game, which are of course available for PS4 and Xbox ONE.
Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood joins the rest of the expansions for Final Fantasy XIV, aka Final Fantasy Online. While some early access players are having a problematic time with this new release, I’m sure they’ll get that sorted out…at some point…
In slightly more adorable Japanese gaming fare, we have Ever Oasis. It looks like a city building sim with the desert as your canvas. So if you’d like your art to imitate your life, please feel free to pick this up on the 3DS (it does actually look fun).
