We’re less than a week away from the series premiere of Bates Motel. The series quickly became one of my favorites of last year, and I can’t wait to see what creepy situations the characters get themselves into this time around. With the obvious success of The Walking Dead, producers of Bates Motel and A&E want to do something similar. Starting after the premiere of the first episode, ‘After Hours’ will be a weekly recap and behind the scenes talk show, much like The Talking Dead.

I wasn’t aware that Bates Motel had generated that kinda buzz to get it’s own talk show, but I’ll be tuning into regardless. No word as to who the host may be yet, but I really hope that it’s Marilyn Manson.

Season 2 of Bates Motel premieres on A&E on March 3rd. The show stars: Norman (Freddie Highmore), Norma (Vera Farmiga), and Dylan (Max Thieriot) all return, alongside: Olivia Cooke, Nicola Peltz, and Nestor Carbonell. We will also see newcomers: Kathleen Robertson, Rebecca Creskoff, Kenny Johnson, Paloma Kwiatkowski, and Michael Vartan.
