I was lucky enough to be lent the first series of Nocturnals comics from a friend a few years ago. I’ve always been a huge fan of Halloween, and the Dan Brereton-created novel was a welcome addition to the magic season of Ghouls, Ghosts, Pumpkins, and Monsters. The artwork was unlike anything I’ve ever seen and it had an amazing story that mixed genres of action and horror.
I just recently heard that Brereton would be creating a new novel for his Nocturnals called, The Sinister Path. He decided to go the crowdsourcing path and bring the project to Kickstarter and you should make sure to take a look at the campaign video below.
