The only thing that I like as much as giant Monsters/Robots/Dinosaurs fighting on the big screen, is Monkeys. In the upcoming, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, I’m going to get to see that act out as Caesar and friends take over the human race! From the footage that’s been out, this movie looks to take everything that was great about Rise and make an even bigger universe for this simians to interact in.
Below we have a new poster that features Andy Serkis‘ character riding high on a horse, as he leads his brothers into battle! I can’t wait to see where Matt Reeves takes this series!

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes opens July 11th, 2014. The film is directed by Matt Reeves and stars: Jason Clarke, Keri Russell, Gary Oldman, Judy Greer, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Toby Kebbell.
