So, it’s been 7 years since we started on this ‘magical mystery tour’ we aptly refer to as DFAT or Don’t Forget a Towel. If you’ve been coming to the website for a while you may already know the story. Born out of frustration at my “corporate” job and wanting to release my geekiness out to the world, I decided to start the website with my best friend Chris Walk. We wrote about what we love: comics, movies, toys, video games, and whatever else would pop into our heads. Throughout the years we’ve made some great friends who write for us, been to a lot of conventions, interviewed a ton of people throughout world, and have had a blast putting out content. The opportunities that the website have presented to us have been amazing. We’ve created podcasts, a YouTube channel, and even our own comic book publishing branch called DFAT Comics. Honestly, we couldn’t be more honored and grateful for what’s come out of a love for pop culture that’s spawned into so much epic-ness. We can’t wait to enter into Phase 7 of what DFAT continues to be and we look forward to what it will become. Thank you, our Towelites, for following along on the journey and we can’t wait to see what comes next!
