Hey towelites! Are you wondering what’s going on in the world of Neil Gaiman? Well, wonder no more, because I have the low down for you.
It looks like he will have a Hansel and Gretel graphic novel coming out this October (it’s already available for pre-order, so you should get on that!) It’s illustrated by Lorenzo Mattotti, an amazing Italian artist.
I’ve always loved the story of Hansel and Gretel, being a big fan of fairy tales and of all things dark and twisty, you can understand why I would love it. I’m certain that Gaiman will put his awesome spin on it and make it even darker and twistier 
than it’s ever been before, and for that I am extremely excited!
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Elle Fanning has been cast in the movie adaptation of How to Talk to Girls at Parties (Gaiman’s short story published in 2006) and what’s even more exciting is that John Cameron Mitchell has co-wrote the script and will reportedly be directing it!!!
Now, all of this is coming off of the Hollywood Reporter website, but I did see that it’s on IMDB, so that means that it might actually be true.
As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, Gaiman is currently working with STARZ on the American Gods tv show. There’s really 
nothing new to report there, but I will keep you clued in when I see something new.
And lastly, I know that aside from all of his traveling (he recently traveled to Syria to speak with the children there.) He has been diligently helping his beautiful, amazing, talented wife edit her book! Yes, that’s right folks, Amanda Palmer is writing a book! No idea when it’s due out, but she is constantly reporting the progress of it on all forms of social media, so if you don’t already follow her you should.
