I never did get a chance to watch the first Monsters film directed by Gareth Edwards. I’ve heard it was slow but good enough to let him be the director of Godzilla; which was also slow. Let’s hope that he’s directing a Yoda movie for Star Wars.
Anywho, Edwards is serving as producer for the upcoming, Monsters: Dark Continent and you can tell he isn’t the one behind the camera. The film looks like it’s going to be a lot of Monster brawling and I can’t wait! Check out the first trailer below.
Monsters: Dark Continent is due out on November 28th. The film is directed by the non-Canadian Tom Green and stars: Johnny Harris, Sam Keeley, Joe Dempsie, Kyle Soller, Parker Sawyers, and Nicholas Pinnock.
