I have loved Jim Henson and his Muppets my entire life. From watching their own movies, to Muppet Babies, to listening to their delightful music. The Muppets Movie that came out a couple years ago was perfect to me. It captured my youth, the songs were amazing, and Jason Segel and Nicholas Stoller are the reasons why.

Muppets Most Wanted looks to hearken back to The Great Muppet Caper, but not fun. It involves Kermit’s doppelgänger, Constantine, as a jewel thief and a case of mistaken identity. All the humans seem to be there just as props, given the initial trailer. Plus, the poster below just looks boring. Why is Constantine doing a Dr. Evil pinky thing?

Here’s the official synopsis for Muppets Most Wanted:

Disney’s “Muppets Most Wanted” takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe’s most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine—the World’s Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit—and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais, creator of “Derek” and the Golden Globe®- and Emmy®-winning series “The Office” and “Extras.” The film stars Golden Globe-, Emmy- and SAG Award®-winning actress and writer Tina Fey (“30 Rock,” “Mean Girls,” “Date Night”) as Nadya, a feisty prison guard, and Emmy Award winner Ty Burrell (TV’s “Modern Family”) as Interpol agent Jean Pierre Napoleon.

I’ll still see the movie, I’m just not as excited without the involvement of Segel or Stoller. Muppets Most Wanted stars: Ricky Gervais, Tina Fey, Christoph Waltz, Ray Liotta, Tom Hiddleston, Ty Burrell, Frank Langella, Danny Trejo, Ross Lynch, and Debbie Ryan. The movie hits theaters on March 21, 2014.
