Agent Coulson quickly became a household name when he started popping up within Marvel’s Phase One, he then grew in our hearts as one of the most beloved characters. Then Joss Whedon murdered him. Now, Thespian Clark Gregg has something to say to the fans who are DEMANDING that he be brought back.

“I don’t know if we’ll see Agent Coulson again, but I certainly do his voice in their animated series, The Ultimate Spider-Man, and you never know, there may be a flashback or something sometime. I really hit it off with those guys [at Marvel], and I’ve talked to them lately about some ways I can continue to work with them, perhaps as a writer or director.”

He had this to say about the Vision rumors:

“You know The Vision is synthetic with a soul, sort of, and he’s an amazing character who I loved when I used to read those comics. I love the idea of Coulson as that guy, but I don’t know if that’s in the cards.”

In disappointing Marvel news today, the AWESOME Tesseract suitcase, that held the cosmic cube in the movies, Blu-ray box set faces a lawsuit. The set has been removed from all online pre-orders until further notice. Apparently, Marvel’s deal with German luggage company, Rimowa BhmbH, did not include replication of said case for mass distribution, the COPYRIGHTED design was only contracted to be in the movies. The company had this to say:

“Marvel did not obtain any license or authorization from Rimowa to make replica copies of the case for any purpose . . . the plastic ‘replica case’ [is] a close copy of Rimowa’s Topas attaché case in every respect but quality — from the proportions and coloring, to the style of the handle and latches, and, of course, in the use of the trademarked parallel ridges around the body of the case.”

Hopefully Marvel gets this ironed out! I actually canceled my pre-order due to Borderlands 2 coming out the same week, and that boxed set isn’t facing any problems, except not getting here soon enough!!

Stay tooned 😛
