Yesterday, we unleashed a ton of exclusive photos from Walking Dead Season 3 and today we have a little more talk about what we’re going to expect this fall. In the pictures we see that Michael Rooker is back as Merle Dixon, with some sorta stabbing device attached to his hand. Which is awesome by the way.  During the shoot with Entertainment Weekly, he discusses with Norman Reedus, Daryl Dixon, what it will be like when the brothers are reunited. As you remember from the first season, Merle was left by the crew handcuffed on top of a roof; and when they returned to get him, all that remained was a bloody hand.

“I think they are going to be happy to see each other, but this one is going to be a little more pissed off,” said Reedus pointing to Rooker. “I’m always pissed off, so that’s not fair,” responded Rooker. He also went on to say that he believes that Daryl is really the only one person that Merle likes.

This is going to be one messed up family reunion.  Daryl has become one of my favorite characters on the show, and part of it, is how he’s become a part of the group more during the last season.  With his brother Merle coming back in the picture, it’s surely going to throw some dissension among the survivors.
