As we fly through hyperspace head on towards Star Wars Episode VII, there as been a rejuvenated love for the original trilogy and our favorite characters. If you haven’t had a chance to check out the latest comic series from Dark Horse, do it ASAP! But we are here today to check out the latest series from DEL REY that takes place during the Galactic Civil War. Not exactly a trilogy, but three stand-alone books that will feature adventures with Han, Luke, and Leia! Even though we may see all of the expanded universe wiped out by the new trilogy coming in 2015, this series interests me. Look for Empire and Rebellion to hit stores this year!
STAR WARS: EMPIRE AND REBELLION: RAZOR’S EDGE by Martha Wells. The book is a Princess Leia adventure that will also include Han Solo and Luke Skywalker and is set after A New Hope. EMPIRE AND REBELLION is the title for a trio of stand alone novels focusing on Leia, Han, and Luke. Martha Wells is writing the Leia novel, James S. A. Corey is writing the Han Solo novel, and Kevin Hearne is writing the Luke novel. RAZOR’S EDGE is due to hit stores this October.
