I recently hit up some message boards over at Kotaku about the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film. Some fanboy had expressed that Michael Bay had “raped his childhood;” where I proceeded to tell him that his childhood was still very much intact and very rape-free. If you don’t want to see one of these remakes/reboots/rehashes, then don’t. Don’t blame “Star Wars” because J.J. Abrams created his ultimate fanboy dream of getting the old cast together with the new. If you don’t think it looks good, THEN DON’T SEE IT.
Okay, my rant is over. My point in all that is to say, we haven’t seen a live-action Turtles movie in almost twenty years. Even if you don’t think they looks good cause their mouths and snouts are too real, you gotta admit that the action and humor is all TMNT that we know and love. The newest trailer below, showcases us just that!

Here’s the synopsis:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is due out August 6th, 2014. The movie is directed by Jonathan Liebesman and will also star: Alan Ritchson, Danny Woodburn, Jeremy Howard, Megan Fox, Noel Fisher, and Will Arnett.
