We’re all very excited for the return of American Horror Story to FX on October 9th. This season, we’ll be seeing a coven of witches and their history through 300 years of witch trials and facing extinction. Below, are some pictures of newcomers: Kathy Bates and Angela Bassett. American Horror Story: Coven will premiere on Wednesday, October 9 at 10:00 PM ET/PT, on FX. The show will star: Alexandra Breckenridge, Denis O’Hare, Emma Roberts, Angela Bassett, Patti LuPone, Gabourey Sidibe, Bates and returning players Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Taissa Farmiga, Frances Conroy and Lily Rabe.
