7 years later and it’s crazy to think that Arrow is just hitting it’s stride. The ‘Arrowverse’ as it’s rightly dubbed on the CW Network consists of Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, and (hopefully one day will be included) Black Lightning. One of the best things about these shows existing on the same network is that they can do crossovers. All of them have been great, especially this past years and next years sounds even more crazy.
At the CWUpfront event happening RIGHT NOW, it’s been confirmed by Stephen Amell that the crossover for next year will revolve around Gotham City and introduce the character of Batwoman. Gotham has slowly been hinted at the last couple of years on the shows but it’s usually a throwaway line that fans like me flip out over. Introducing a member of the Bat-Family is HUGE though and could spell even bigger implications for years to come.
Can’t wait to find out ore about this epic crossover event and see the DCU expand in the Arrowverse.
