I’ve been a fan of Donald Glover ever since I saw Mystery Team when I was at Sundance. He’s a hilarious guy, very smart writer for 30 Rock, and one of my favorite rappers around as Childish Gambino. A few years ago, when the first Amazing Spider-Man movie was being cast, Glover tried out for the role of Peter Parker. He never got it, as the role went on to Andrew Garfield, but it looks like Glover has finally achieved his dream.
Glover will be voicing the part of Miles Morales in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon series and below is our first look at the character. I think it suits him perfectly.
