With things ramping up for an exciting second outing for the Titans TV show on DC Universe, we have news that Batman/Bruce Wayne‘s role will be expanded. We first got a look at the Dark Knight, not a real look but close enough, in the first season’s finale when Dick has to battle his former mentor in a fantasy situation created by Trigon. Game of Thrones actor Iain Glen (Ser Jorah Mormont) will portray everyone’s favorite detective and I am looking forward to seeing how this role is treated.

It’s a huge step to cast this role seeing that WB hasn’t even announced who will be playing Batman in their movie-verse. Whatever the case is this is very exciting news and DC is really making a huge effort to bring their characters to life on the streaming service. Here is the official role description:

After decades of fighting crime as Batman, billionaire Bruce Wayne is just as driven to protect Gotham from evil as he was in his prime. Needing to reconcile his relationship with Dick Grayson, the duo hope to forge a new dynamic as Bruce tries to help his former sidekick and the Titans achieve success.

CAN. NOT. WAIT. The series does not have a return date as of yet but there have been some major moves in the casting department as of late so that is very exciting. Keep it tuned to DFAT for more news as it happens!

New trailer for Men in Black: International has arrived!

Honestly, this is another Sony Studios film doing what it does best: killing an already dead franchise. Despite the fact that I love Chris Hemsworth and Tess Thompson, there's little about Men in Black: International that I care about. For the rest of you who may be...

Pennyworth trailer 2 shows off some historical beat-downs from our favorite bat-butler!

To be perfectly honest, I'm excited for this show. Sam Pertwee really sold the Alfred Pennyworth character to me in Gotham and I am excited to see his origin story. This time around Jack Bannon is playing the classic character who will one day be Batman's butler but...

First full-length teaser for the DC Universe Swamp Thing show!

Swamp Thing is always one of those really weird fringe characters in DC. He worked great for Alan Moore. Showed up as a Wes Craven movie and a television show in the 80s, and then disappeared for a long time other than in comics. Now he's back in a big way thanks to...
