Natalie Dormer is taking a trek from Westeros to Panem. Dormer will be joining the cast of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1& 2. She’ll be playing the role of Cressida in the films. Cressida is a filmmaker who joins the rebellion against the Capitol to document Katniss for propaganda purposes.
The British-born actress has been making quite a name for herself with Game of Thrones, and also as Moriarty in the television series, Elementary. I’m excited to see her join the cast. Mockingjay will premiere Part 1 in the Fall of 2014 and Part 2 in 2015.
