The New Gods come to the New 52! Jack Kirby to roll over in his grave?

It has been FOUR LONG years since the last time we saw the New Gods during Morrison’s epic Final Crisis, in which they were all wiped out. Now straight from the pages of this week’s Wonder Woman #12, the final panel of the issue preludes to some very exciting news on DC’s horizon, Orion and the New Gods are back! How writers will handle this is unknown…but rest assured Kirby fans, our classic characters are in good hands. Brian Azzarello has been receiving great praise for his take on the Amazonian Princess, and I can’t agree more. If you haven’t already, check this series out. ESPECIALLY if you are into Green Mythos.
