Because, Why Not? That’s all I have to say about the announcement that we may be seeing The Walking Dead up until 2021. I believe that this show may have really run out of steam towards the mid-season return of last year, but the producers of the hit AMC show do not. Check out their plans for the next 7 years.
David Alpert, a producer on the series, spoke at a panel this weekend, talking of his proposed 12 seasons plan.
“I happen to love working from source material, specifically because we have a pretty good idea of what season 10 is gonna be. We know where season 11 and 12…we have benchmarks and milestones for those seasons if we’re lucky enough to get there.”
Unless they start adding werewolves or sharks with lasers, I don’t know if I could make it that far. I’ll watch this upcoming season, but I don’t have high hopes.
