Honestly, I don’t know too much about this movie. All I know is that it’s brought to us by Christopher McQuarrie, whose previous work includes writing The Usual Suspects and writing/directing Way of the Gun; both projects I highly respect. So, as I’m also a pretty HUGE Tom Cruise fan, I’m sure I’ll be checking out this movie. The trailer doesn’t blow me away, but I have faith. Synopsis:
When a gunman takes five lives with six shots, all evidence points to the suspect in custody. On interrogation, the suspect offers up a single note: “Get Jack Reacher!” So begins an extraordinary chase for the truth, pitting Jack Reacher against an unexpected enemy, with a skill for violence and a secret to keep.
Jack Reacher also stars Robert Duvall and Wener Herzog and is expected for a December 21st, 2012 release date.
