Ready Player One is truly an oracle for all things that were great about the 80s. The Ernest Cline-written book takes you through the culture of that time period with heavy influence coming from the films of Steven Spielberg. When I heard that the man himself would be directing the movie, I knew that it was in good hands; and have been eagerly anticipating it’s release. The latest trailer heavily plays on Spielbergs movies and he even narrates part of it. Get taken back to a time where movies were the best and don’t be surprised if you well up with tears a little.
Ready Player One is due out on March 30th.
