To think that it’s been 5 years since we started this journey known as Don’t Forget a Towel is shocking to say the least. I was working a corporate life and never using my television/film degree to the extent that I wanted to. I felt tapped out creatively and my only true source of enjoyment was when I had the chance to talk comics, movies, and video games with my best friend.
No longer could I keep my geekiness under wraps, I needed to share my opinions with the world or at least the few tens of people who visited the site when we first started. We recruited some other writers like Mozeus, The Myrrick, CheriMonster, and The Clotch. Many more joined along the way. Throughout these last five years we’ve had a myriad of ups and downs. Life would get in the way with marriages and movings and schoolings and more. Throughout it all though, Chris and I knew we had to stay consistent.
We call you, the readers, the Towelites. Loyal visitors who come to our site and share in our adventures. Because of you, we do this and we will keep doing it. We’ll continue to add new content and podcasts and videos and all the other crazy geekly things we can to connect with you. We all truly appreciate your support!
