One of my favorite anti-heroes has always been Jack Bauer. Keifer Sutherland takes a guy who works for the government and stretches him beyond his threshold for an entire day, and pushes him to the limit of what’s wrong and what’s right.

I’m very happy to see that 24: Live Another Day is coming out this Summer to bring Jack back to take down a new set of baddies. The latest trailer below, shows us that Sutherland hasn’t skipped a beat and the role still fits him like a glove. I’m also digging Mary Lynn Rajskub‘s impression of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

[box_light]Twentieth Century Fox Television, Imagine Television and FOX are sending the production of 24: LIVE ANOTHER DAY across the Atlantic to London for a thrilling international adventure, as the new tent-pole event series restarts the clock on the groundbreaking and Emmy Award-winning drama franchise starring Kiefer Sutherland. As previously announced, 24: LIVE ANOTHER DAY will make its historic debut in the summer of 2014 on FOX.

“Four years ago, we left Jack a fugitive from justice and we’re going to pick him up four years later in London. Jack is soon back on the run and it takes us into the streets of London and in places that break new ground for the show. We’ve shot in New York, Washington, Los Angeles and Cape Town — but now we’re in London and Jack’s loose on the streets of Europe, hunted by and hunting bad guys.”[/box_light]

24: Live Another Day will return to Fox for it’s 12-episode run on May 5th. The show will star: Keifer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Yvonne Strahovski, Benjamin Bratt, Tate Donovan, and a bunch of baddies who will be killed by Jack Bauer who has “No Time to Lose!”
