When I first heard that there was going to be another 300 movie, I wasn’t super excited. It was an amazing story on its own, and I knew that Zack Snyder wouldn’t be back to direct; and then I saw the first trailer. The film looks EXACTLY like the original and maybe a bit more epic with the ship battles. I can’t wait to see what happens with this one in 2014, and if it’s half as good as the original, I’m going to love it!

300: Rise of an Empire is due out March 7th, 2014. The film is being directed by Noam Murro and stars: Lena Headey, Sullivan Stapelton, Rodrigo Santoro and Eva Green.
