As longtime fans of Stop-Motion Animation over here at DFAT, we knew that Laika’s newest film, Kubo and the Two Strings, would be a thing of beauty. Every film that Laika has put out, from Coraline, to ParaNorman, to BoxTrolls, and now to Kubo; has been perfection in animation and storytelling. The process is pain-stakingly long and arduous, but the end result is pretty fantastic to watch.
