In case you were wondering, we are all over Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel over here at DFAT; as you can tell by our review. It took what we loved from the first two games and added cooler guns (puns included) and the advantage of jumping through the air and buttslamming enemies. The game is gearing up to release it’s first DLC next week and with it, you’ll be able to play everyone’s favorite wise-cracker, Handsome Jack. Read more about it below!
Starting on November 11, you’ll be able to pick up the Handsome Jack Doppelganger Pack for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, or Steam, allowing you to play as the charming head of the Hyperion Corporation for the first time (or at least someone who looks an awful lot like him).
Jack has stood by for far too long watching the Vault Hunters go on exciting adventures, so he’s decided to join in on the fun…sort of. With theHandsome Jack Doppelganger Pack, you’ll be able to play as everyone’s favorite maniacal tyrant-in-training, 
“Jack” the Doppelganger. As “Jack,” you’ll be able to summon multiple Digi-Jacks, which will join you in battle to mow down enemies and earn you more sweet, sweet loot.
Depending on how you spec out your Skill Trees, these Digi-Jacks can earn you bonuses or even get you a Second Wind in Fight For Your Life. “Jack” can also shoot enemies with wrist lasers, get buffs every time he picks up money (in typical CEO fashion), or even get upgrades for using guns made by specific manufacturers.
For those who already picked up the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass, the Handsome Jack Doppelganger Pack is included, but for players that haven’t, it will also be sold individually for $9.99. The Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass is available for $29.99 and grants access to all four of the upcoming add-on content packs as they become commercially available on the PSN, Xbox Live, Windows PC, Mac and Linux – a $39.96 value! – so, you’re getting four packs for just about the price of three.
The teams at Gearbox and 2K Australia have been hard at work on downloadable content since the completion of the game. While the other three packs are still under development, the current plans are to include another character, a level cap upgrade, a new campaign, and more!
So, you don’t have to wait long to get the Handsome Jack Doppelganger Pack as it’s coming out in just 10 days. Get ready to take advantage of Handsome Jack’s good looks and charm, to distract your enemies into submission. Or, just cut them down to size with your witty banter. Or…just shoot them.
