Though we don’t have much word on the supposed Friday the 13th film that coming out, we do have some pretty exciting news for all of your Jason Voorhees fans out there! The hockey-masked killer is going to be bringing his adventures to the small screen as long-time Friday series director/producer Sean S. Cunningham brings the slasher to tv.

The series will be written by Bill Basso and Jordu Schell and will be produced by Crystal Lake Entertainment as well as Oasis/Furla/Emmett Films. In order to keep up the longevity of the series, it’s supposed to explore the Voorhees clan through different time periods.
