I didn’t have much hope of attaining a He-Man POP! figure at a decent price. As I type this the figure sits at $115 on POP Price Guide but luckily I have the Skeletor which fetches even more. It was a tough thing to see these other MOTU POP!s being released, especially the Specialty Series like Trap Jaw and Man-at-Arms.
What was I going to do if I had a great collection of MOTU POP!s yet no He-Man?!? I hoped for maybe a new He-Man in an action pose or something. Then I got thinking about the variants of the vintage figures and the battle armor ones popped into my brain. One week later Funko announces a slew of new MOTU characters including Battle Armor He-man and Skeletor! It’s better than nothing and I actually loved those versions when I was a kid.
