You may recall We Happy Few from our PAX East coverage this year. The game centers around the town of Wellington Wells, an idyllic dystopia of drugged out locals with weird face paint. They don’t dig despair, or disorder. Which is a problem for you, because, you are, you know, normal.

They also want to beat you up with a frying pan. You remember that part, right? Good.

Compulsion Games, who previously released Contrast, has taken to Kickstarter to assist in funding the development of their new creation.

They hope to raise approximately $250,000 CAD and, as of June 6th, have raised about 41% of their goal.

Don’t take our word for it, get the scoop from Uncle Jack himself:

The campaign ends July 4th, so if you’d like to be an early adopter, get on it!
