HBO’s first season one of True Detective was quite possibly one of the greatest shows ever. The filming, the writing, the music… they were all put together so eloquently, producing one of the most character driven, dark and disturbing crime drama’s ever told. Harrelson and Mcconaughey both had one of their best performances of their life. So it is no surprise that season 2 for the show is so anticipated.
Presenting a whole new story, and starring Colin Farrell, Vince Vaugn, Rachel McAdams and Taylor Kitsch, we’re possibly looking and yet another outstanding season, just as disconcerting as the first. Due to premier on June 21st, HBO has finally given us a little taste of whats to come with the below teaser. Time to mentally prepare to rock ourselves to sleep when the season eventually gets to us!
