When I first heard that Mortal Kombat legend Scorpion would be a DLC character for the smash hit video game Injustice Gods Among Us, I was a little disappointed that we would be missing out on one DC classic that could have been part of the roster, but since watching the debut trailer I have shut my mouth. Not only is his move set AWESOME, but the character design was revamped by Jim Lee! Please experience the magic of an ass kicking by watching it below!
Official Press Release: Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today released an all-new video revealing legendary Mortal Kombat character Scorpion as the next DLC character that will be available for the DC Comics fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us. The version of Scorpion seen in the game is designed by Jim Lee, Co-Publisher at DC Entertainment, and pays homage to NetherRealm Studios’ original blockbuster franchise.
Scorpion is available NOW! If you have a season pass of course, if not then you have to wait until June 11th. The final DLC should be announced soon, which all evidence is pointing towards Superman baddie, General Zod. What a perfect tie in to this summer’s blockbuster event Man of Steel, and I am sure we will get him by mid June! Scorpion is part of the season pass or can be purchased for your system of choice!
