There’s no denying that Skyfall is the best James Bond movie since the Sean Connery era. Not only was it a success amongst critics, it also is the biggest Bond movie ever made, bringing in more than $1 Billion dollars in Box Office Revenue. One of the reasons for Skyfall being so great was director Sam Mendes.
Initially, Mendes had stated that he didn’t want to return to Bond 24, but it seems he may be changing his mind. Mendes recently had talks with producers, Barbara Broccoli and Michael H. Wilson, about returning to the series after his stage agreements.
Nothing has been set in stone yet, but I’d love to see Mendes return. He reinvigorated the series and brought back a more classic Bond in my opinion. We’ll keep you posted on more James Bond 24 news comes here to DFAT!
