Superman Lives is a mystery that has been spoken in whispers throughout Hollywood. The film was written by Kevin Smith, was going to be directed by Tim Burton, and starring Nicolas Cage as the Man of Steel. They had gone into serious pre-production on the film, but it never got shot.
Recently, Jon Schnepp made a documentary on the film and what could have been. He was lucky enough to get a lot of behind-the-scenes for the unmade movie, and we have one of the pictures from the production below. This week’s Caption This, I ask you, Just what is going through Tim Burton’s head?
