Emily VanCamp of ABC’s Revenge has signed on for the female lead in the upcoming Marvel Studios release Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Though the actual character has not been announced most assume it will be SHIELD agent Sharon Carter, niece of Peggy Carter, played by Hayley Atwell in the original, The First Avenger. Well it’s official Towelites, if this blonde bombshell isn’t playing Carter than who knows what is going on. Now I am just eagerly awaiting confirmation of the appearance of Baron Zemo so that the Masters of Evil can form! Keep it here to DFAT for all your weekly Marvel Studios updates!
