It seems that someone broke into Warner Brothers to steal the footage below. I seriously doubt that the studio would allow footage from both live-action Marvin the Martian and Hong Kong Phooey cartoons. Marvin seems to be more along the lines of a short that could play in front of a WB title like they did back in the day; but HKP is clearly voiced by Eddie Murphy and must just be too horrible to ever see the light of day, until now.
