Neil Gaiman’s American Gods is one of the best books I’ve ever read, hands down. I’ve always been a fan of Gaiman, but this book solidified him as one of the best writers of genre fiction in our time. The story is an immersive look at mythology in a way that I’ve never experienced before. I’m super excited about the television show that’s premiering next year; along with a new comic coming to Dark Horse. Read more about that, as the cover graces next Month’s PREVIEWS catalog.
