We’ve been waiting to hear from Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez’s, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, sequel for some time. The film was due out this October, but obviously got pushed back. Now, we won’t see it until next August. To tide us over for a bit, we do have the first official teaser poster. It’s exactly like the comic cover, just with the stars of the film. Here’s the synopsis:

Dwight is hunted down by the only woman he ever loved, Ava Lord, and then watches his life go straight to hell. Chronologically, this story takes place prior to “The Big Fat Kill” (featured in the film Frank Miller’s Sin City) and explains how Dwight came to have a dramatically different face.[/box_light]
Sin City: A Dame to Kill For hits theaters August 22, 2014.
