Star Wars Day is fast approaching and while I’ll be traveling to a wonderful, exotic location for my best friend’s wedding, some of you will have the opportunity to not only get your hands on some of the first Star Wars Rogue One merchandise but also do something good for your fellow man/woman. As most you know, the Force For Change initiative puts donations where they need to be via UNICEF, which I will attest to being a great company and I have supported them a few times during my lifetime. Here’s how the donation will break down:
“Twenty-five percent of the retail sale price of this product will be donated to U.S. Fund for UNICEF in support of UNICEF Kid Power. UNICEF Kid Power gives kids the power to save lives. By getting active with the UNICEF Kid Power Band, kids can go on missions, earn points and unlock therapeutic food packets for severely malnourished children around the world.”
According to Star Wars dot com, the shirts will be available at the following locations on May the 4th:
