Let me preface this article by saying, I don’t think this is actually going to happen. That being said, this is the best piece of news that I’ve read in some time. Step Brothers 2 is set to begin filming this Summer in Sacramento California!
I LOVE the original film. I think it’s by far the funniest Will Ferrel film, and probably the thing that Adam McKay’s done. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of Anchroman (the first one) as well; but it still doesn’t compare to the raw comedy of Ferrell and co-star John C. Reilly’s on-screen dynamic duo. Plot details are sparse, but they are rumored as such:
There are very few details released concerning the plot of the movie, but insider sources are claiming that it involves the two step brothers, both now with menial jobs, living in an apartment together in Sacramento, California. Dale finds out that he has accidentally impregnated a young woman who wants nothing to do with the baby after it is born leaving Dale and Brennan to raise the baby themselves.
