The first season of SYFY‘s Helix was a nice surprise for me. The show was a nice blend of thrills and horror and delivered a story. The first season was based in the Arctic, which gave it a nice “The Thing” feeling this time around we are island bound in what looks to be a Lost orientated, with elements of The Island of Dr. Moreau and The Wicker Man thrown in there. Whatever the case may be, get ready because Helix Season 2 starts on January 16th!
