Taken is one of the best movies ever made. I’m just going to throw that out there. It seems like every family gathering, we end up watching the movie. It’s PG-13, but we watch the Unrated edition, Luc Besson wrote the script, and Liam Neeson kicks complete ass throughout. Taken 2 was not as good, but it was far from bad. Inevitably, we’d be looking at Taken 3.
The film has been dubbed, TAK3N, by the studios. They decided to go the Se7en route I guess, doesn’t really matter because I’m still pumped to see it. Below, we have the first images from the film.
Liam Neeson recently chatted with USA Today about what to expect in the film.
“I have to go on the run, I’ll put it that way, from the not-so-lawful types and the lawful authorities. Bryan Mills served his country faithfully, but now even they are after him. They must not like me.”
Neeson also explained that this will likely be the end of the series.
“It’s a rollicking good story. But I think this is the end.”
Tak3n will also star: Famke Janssen, Forest Whitaker, Maggie Grace, and Jonny Weston. The film will be out on January 9th, and find Bryan Mills on the run after being framed for murder.
