Okay, so the Heroes in a Half Shell don’t look exactly how you wanted them to. So what? You’re getting to see a live-action Turtles movie, and that’s reason enough to celebrate. We have some promo images that give you a good look at the brothers in the upcoming Jonathan Liebesman-directed, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film.
Here’s the synopsis:
[box_light]The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.[/box_light]
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is due out August 6th, 2014. The movie is directed by Jonathan Liebesman and will also star: Alan Ritchson, Danny Woodburn, Jeremy Howard, Megan Fox, Noel Fisher, and Will Arnett.
