The first Hunger Games film didn’t really do much to impress me. I had just finished reading the whole trilogy, and when I saw the film I had pretty high expectations. The action had it’s moments, but the CGI and over-acting were pretty horrible, and I wasn’t a huge fan.

With Catching Fire, it’s my favorite book of the series, but I’ll know to have lower expectations for the film. That being said, the trailers have been pretty great and with the International Trailer, it keeps up the same vibe as the previous trailers. There’s some new footage in there as well, so enjoy the action below!

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire stars: Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutchinson, Liam Hemsworth, Sam Claflin, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson, Lenny Kravitz, Donald Sutherland, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jena Malone, Jeffrey Wright, and Amanda Plummer also star. The film opens on November 22.
