Remember how awesome, and popular the TMNT Classics action figures were? Well this time around we are getting a Walmart EXCLUSIVE throwback set from Playmates Toys based on the second movie from the 90’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Secret of the Ooze.
These figures should be released around the $20 price point, something these days that’s used way too much in my opinion. I really feel that toy companies need to reevaluate what they are releasing and what comes with the figures they produce. Take these four for example. Four alternative heads and a bunch of sweet accessories?! This is the kind of fan-service that EVERY toy company needs to take into account.

It is also a little frustrating to see so many action figures become store exclusive. It’s difficult enough out there hunting down toys with all the “new found scalpers” snatching up all the rare figures. It’s kind of bullshit if you ask me. Nonetheless, here is a great affordable option for those of you who are looking for a great set of TMNT figures that won’t set you back a month’s rent. Look for these to hit Walmart shelves, and hopefully online this May.
